服务端发消息到客户端进行通讯，执行的原理为：在启动workerman时写入和客户端通讯事件。在启动后事件常驻内存。调用frame内部通讯服务来执行事件

frame协议说明：workerman定义了一种叫做frame的协议，协议格式为 总包长+包体，其中包长为4字节网络字节序的整数，包体可以是普通文本或者二进制数据

事件添加

crmeb\services\workerman\WorkermanService.php 文件为总平台端启动事件回调。onWorkerStart为启动workerman后的回调事件。
